2.How to confirm the style of the garment?
If you can't provide the design, we can design the drawings according to your requirements, confirm, and provide samples after the contract is signed.
3.What is your time of making samples, are they free?
Usually, after the order is signed and the drawing details are confirmed, the sample will be completed in 7-14 days, and you need to pay the sample production fee and shipping cost.
4.What is your delivery time?
Normally, the delivery time is 60-90 days after signing the contract, but the specific delivery date depends on the style of the clothing, the quantity and the inventory of fabric accessories. And other things bilaterally negotiate.
5.What is your packing?
We can pack according to your needs and the order contract. Normally, our package is one piece in one polybag and 20 pieces in one carton. Each polybag contains two bags of desiccant and zipper head/stopper/snap is covered with tissue.
6. What is your shipping port?
Shanghai and Taicang. Taicang is in Suzhou.
7. What is your payment method you accept?
We accept T/T in advance and D/P or T/T in advance and L/C .
8. What is your quotation?
Our quotation is FOB price, we also accept C&F, CIF, LDP price, and the specific price needs to be negotiated according to the season, batch and delivery.
9. How to control the quality of your clothing?
Regarding the quality of clothing, we will strictly follow the contractual requirements for the production of the goods, but in the following cases, the seller is not responsible and we need to settle the problem through negotiation.
(1)The color difference of the surface and auxiliary materials within the normal reasonable range, including the color differences of the surface materials of the same batch of products, the differences between the goods and the confirmed colors, but we guarantee that it is within the standard error range of the relevant garments of the People's Republic of China.
(2)Our products are non-zero defective products with acceptable quality levels of AQL 2.5-3.5 depending on different price terms. Our quotation is quoted under the AQL 2.5-3.5 quality inspection standard, within the error range of this clothing quality judgment standard, or within 5% comprehensive inspection of defective products.
